Urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine. The condition occurs in both sexes, but most commonly observed women (twice as often), and more frequently encountered with advancing age. According to International Continence Society, urinary defined "the complaint any urine that represents a social or hygienic problem objectively demonstrable." In general, according Terminology Standardization Committee, under conditions embarrassment." [1] female patients, usually related dysfunction bladder pelvic floor muscles, which often appears during pregnancy childbirth and/or menopause. There are two main subtypes incontinence: stress (SUI) urge (UUI). Urogynecological Association (IUGA) Society (ICS), leakage on effort exertion, sneezing coughing, while accompanied by immediately preceded urgency. These types so common they coexist combination symptoms called mixed incontinence. Most also receive diagnosis overactive syndrome, possible component.[1,2]
